The Axis Reset
It's a young practice, so I won't dress it up with social proof I haven't earned. What I can show you instead is exactly what changes, why it changes, and the order it changes in, because the reasoning is the part you can verify yourself.
Recovery shows up in this order: the physiology moves, the head clears because of it, and only then does the day start to feel different.
The foundation shifts first. The hormones everyone tests for move last.
That order is the point. When the body is stuck in survival mode, it shuts off whatever it treats as optional, and building and reproduction go first. Once the foundation holds and the body isn't running on defence and repair, those resources free up. Testosterone rising is the body deciding it can spend on building and procreation again, not just on staying alive. That makes it the confirmation the work is holding, not the lever you start with.
None of this is a mood promise. It follows the physical work above. Once the foundation steadies and the survival-mode brake comes off, the mental side follows on its own.
The part you feel. Named, not timed. When it arrives depends on where you start and how you hold the plan, which is why realistic expectations get set after the diagnostic work, not before.
Everything on this page is framed through what happens in the body, not through before-and-after stories. That's deliberate.
This isn't theory for me. I ran this exact sequence on my own body before I coached anyone. Foundation first, hormones last. I rebuilt a system the official answer had written off. The reasoning here is the reasoning I used on myself. The full story is on the About page.
